this old hospital should have be demolished decade's ago. It is only a tax burden on the community that have voiced distaste for its condition many times over.
Perhaps when someone is found dead inside of it or some other horrible thing occurs, (It is after all, Directly accross from a school.) It will prove a danger and hindrance to the community and be taken down.

Well you would be wrong about tearing it down. It's a solid old building ready for it's new life. It's not a tax burden btw , the owner pays taxes on it every year and has done for many years.
